How do we work?

How can I imagine it?
We will redraw everything for you from the number of rooms, ceiling height, to the number of outlets you want. How am I covered by the contract? In your contract are all technical specifications, costs, as well as all brands and materials, so there are no surprise costs. The contract will be notarized at the notary for security. Changes, as far as it can be implemented, are always possible.
What are the payment options?
The payment is conveniently divided into 4 installments. The 4 installment is made for security at turnkey delivery of your dream home.

The project goes directly to the building authority for approval. The approval takes about 30 - 90 days. After that, construction can finally begin and you are one step closer to your new dream home. How long is the pure construction time of my dream house? Your dream house will be handed over to you ready for occupancy in only 120-180 days!
